Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Beta software disclaimer
Gigabot is currently in beta and runs exclusively on Solana Devnet. No real funds are at risk. The service is provided “as is” and may experience downtime, bugs, or data loss without notice. We make no warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Not financial advice
Gigabot is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a solicitation of any investment. Copy trading involves significant risk including total loss of funds. Past performance of mirrored wallets is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Eligibility
By using Gigabot, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Wallet custody
Gigabot generates a custodial bot wallet for each user solely to execute copy trades on your behalf. You acknowledge that Gigabot holds the encrypted private key for this wallet and that you may withdraw your deposited SOL at any time. We are not responsible for losses arising from smart contract bugs, network outages, or adverse market conditions.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Gigabot to engage in market manipulation, front-running, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigabot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed trades, or execution errors.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
